National Indian Youth Leadership Project, Inc. – Gallup, NM
OPEN UNTIL FILLED
Experiential Educators – seeking experienced males and females in the field of experiential education to work with elementary and mid-school age youth in local schools. Must have a desire to work in the area of positive youth development, outdoor adventure, service-learning, and Native culture. Job includes implementing experiential education methodology, advance planning and preparations, group facilitation techniques, and debriefing and reflection with program activities such as games and initiatives, hiking, camping, rock climbing, ropes course, community service-learning projects, Native cultural relevancy. Applicants must work some evenings and weekend hours for after-school activities and weekend trips. This is a very demanding and rewarding job and NIYLP is seeking committed professionals. SALARY BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS
